I have sent this video to EA explaining why BF4 is still crashing for many of us. It's due to a process called: QtWebEngineProcess.exe Let's hope they remove that piece of junk and use real video.
errors in cmd window when starts (win7-32bit, Otter qtwebengine 32bit):

2uahim - It needs MS Visual Studio 2013 firstly....
I have a question to the developer, is it possible to include all needed msvc libs to the package(and either to the webkit package)?
... imo it's useful especially when using and updating a portable versioins.

I am done with all building activities of qwebengine on 32bit msvc2015 platform using VS2017 compiler. I finally fed up with the build logs and errors. Can anyone please share the below dlls for 32bit support?
- Qt5WebEngine.dll
- Qt5WebEngineCore.dll
- Qt5WebEngineWidgets.dll
- QtWebEngineProcess.exe
- qwebengine_convert_dict.exe
I need these dlls to support of 32bit application.

I built the .dll's using VS2017 as compiler with MSVC2015 qt qmake.Follow the below steps to build your own webengine support for 32bit application.
- Open 'X86 native tools command prompt for VS 2017'
- Command: 'C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft Visual Studio2017ProfessionalVCAuxiliaryBuildvcvarsall.bat' x86
- Command: C:QtQt5.11.15.11.1msvc2015binqmake.exe C:QtQt5.11.15.11.1Srcqtwebengine -- -webengine-proprietary-codecs
- Command: 'C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft Visual Studio2017ProfessionalVCToolsMSVC14.16.27023binHostx86x86nmake.exe'
It will take time to build (apprx. 4-5hrs)Then your dlls will be placed in the path 'C:QtQt5.11.15.11.1msvc2015bin'.Enjoy and do coding lovely even to support 32bit applications.
